We are currently looking for a Training Facilitator. As a Training Facilitator, you will speak to audiences, both in-person and virtually to coach our clients on programs, products, and materials to enhance their success. We are looking for ambitious, organized, and highly effective training experts to join our growing family.

Responsibilities

Successfully lead training programs both in-person and virtually

Present current programs using material from webinars, books, presentations, and other content resources
-
Effectively engage audiences by coaching them on various content provided by The Folke Institute
-
Facilitate effective adult learning and deliver high-quality program experience
-
Administer The Folke Institute curriculum with excitement and enthusiasm to ensure maximum impact and benefit from training materials

Work cooperatively with various departments within the organization to facilitate training efficiently and effectively
Skills
-
Superhuman web presentation and online training skills to keep our customers excited and on track
-
Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage expectations and make training sessions educational, enjoyable, and fun

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Positive and high-energy attitude

Experience working with G Suite, Zoom, Learning Management Systems, video and audio tools
-
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills while maintaining courtesy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS) desired

Required Competency

We provide coaching to a variety of clients, so confidentiality is critical. The ideal candidate is used to handling sensitive and personal information and knows how to respect privacy.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop for use

Education:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Education, Human Resources Management, or Business Management (Required)
Experience:
-
5+ years working as a facilitator or a similar role (Required)
